How the Service Model Works (Time & Materials)
To provide the highest level of flexibility, the Guardian Package operates on a Retainer + Response model:

The Base Retainer: Your monthly/annual fee secures your priority status, your complete documentation suite, and your scheduled site reviews.

Incident Response Credits: This package includes 4 hours of incident response or implementation support per month/quarter.

Additional Hours: Any hours utilized beyond the included credits for major incident investigations or extensive post-audit work are billed at a preferential "Member Rate" of $250/hour, ensuring you only pay for the high-level support you actually use.
