complying with all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements;
consulting appropriately with workers and contractors; and
seeking legal advice where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this business disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, damage, claim, injury, prosecution, penalty, or expense arising from or connected to the use, misuse, non-implementation, or reliance upon any advice, documentation, templates, assessments, or services provided.
